Terms of Sale

All sales are subject to these Terms. By placing an order you agree to the terms below and our Privacy Policy. Prices include GST where applicable. We reserve the right to cancel orders for unavailable items and will refund any payments.

Currency & GST	Prices quoted in AUD. Where applicable, prices include GST in accordance with Australian law.
Delivery	Delivery times are estimates. Risk passes on dispatch. For bespoke items, please allow additional production time.
Returns	Conforming to ACL: faulty items are eligible for repair, replacement or refund. Change-of-mind returns are governed by our returns policy.

Consumer Guarantees (Australian Consumer Law)

Under the ACL you are entitled to remedies when goods fail to meet consumer guarantees including acceptable quality, fitness for purpose, and correspondence with description.

If an item is faulty, contact us with proof of purchase. We will assess and provide repair, replacement or refund in accordance with ACL.

Change-of-mind returns may be accepted at our discretion. Items must be unused, in original condition and returned within 14 days unless otherwise stated.

Manufacturer or supplier warranties may apply. For warranty claims, provide receipt and photos showing the issue.

Intellectual Property

All content, imagery, design, branding and product designs on apelun.com are the intellectual property of Apelun or used under licence. You must not copy, reproduce or use our images, logos or designs without written permission.

Report suspected infringements to our team with details of the alleged infringement.

Liability & Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apelun excludes all liability for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of our website or products. Consumer guarantees under the ACL are not limited by this clause where they cannot be excluded.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy of product information but do not guarantee that product descriptions or images represent exact colours or fit.

Dispute Resolution & Complaints

If you have a complaint regarding a product or service, please contact us first so we can resolve the matter promptly. For unresolved disputes, we are a member of an industry ombudsman scheme where applicable.
